EXCHANGE POLICY

At Amana.Collections, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If an item you received is incorrect in size or defective due to an error on our part, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit.

 

Please read our full exchange policy below:

 

 

1. Eligibility for Exchange

• Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.

• Only incorrect or defective items (due to our error) are eligible for exchange.

• Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible unless there is a clear fault on our part.

• If the correct size was sent based on your order, we are not responsible for issues related to fit. Please review our size guide carefully before ordering.

• Photos or videos may be requested to determine eligibility for an exchange.

 

 

2. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error was on our end.

• If free shipping was applied to your original order, half of the shipping cost will be deducted from your exchange value.

• If you paid for shipping, the full shipping fee will be deducted.

• If a promo code was used, the discount amount will also be deducted from your exchange total.

 

 

3. Exchange Credit & Out of Stock Items

• If your desired item is out of stock, you may:

• Wait until it’s restocked to exchange.

• Accept store credit equal to or less than the original item’s price.

• Exchange credit must be used within 49 days of the exchange request. No exemptions.

 

 

4. Disputes & Review Process

• If you believe there was an error with your order, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your item. Include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos or videos of the item

• We will respond within 48 hours of receiving your message.

• We reserve the right to decline exchanges if return conditions are not met.

 

 

5. NO REFUNDS

 

We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges or store credit are available.

 

 

6. Shipping for Returns
